About
Ben Norman is an Israeli attorney with specializing in privacy, cybersecurity, and AI law. After roles at KPMG's Regulatory & Risk practice and Barnea Jaffa Lande's Privacy, AI & Cyber department, he established an independent practice serving enterprise and regulated organizations as an External Data Protection Officer (DPO) and a strategic privacy advisor.
Among his clients are Israel's largest transportation company, a major insurance and financial group, Healthtech startups, and companies entering the US (CCPA/CPRA/HIPAA) and EU (GDPR/EU AI ACT) markets.
Ben combines large-firm expertise with in-house experience at Israel's largest enterprises — and the direct access of an independent practice.
Three steps to get started
1. Initial Consultation:
We discuss your organization's current exposure — regulatory obligations, data flows, AI use, and upcoming transactions or audits. No forms, no intake process — a direct conversation."
2. Gap Assessment:
Mapping what's in place, what's missing, and where real risk lies — across privacy compliance, data governance, and AI frameworks. You get a clear picture, not a generic checklist.
3. Ongoing Counsel:
Working alongside your team as external DPO, strategic advisor, or project-based counsel — with direct counseling at every stage.
Let's talk.
Whether you're building a compliance program from scratch, facing a regulatory inquiry, preparing for a transaction, or simply need a senior privacy lawyer on call - I'd be glad to hear about your situation.
